Though our partner, KANDINSKY, we collect anonymised technical information to operate, secure, and improve the Site. This information is used solely for site operation, analytics, and performance monitoring.

  5. Pages viewed, clicks, saves, searches, and timestamps

COMRADE Gallery nor KANDINSKY do not handle or store your payment information and does not have access to your full card details. Payment information is encrypted and processed directly by the payment provider in accordance with its own privacy policies.
  2. Analytics services - Through our partner KANDINSKY, COMRADE Gallery uses analytics tools to understand how the Site is used through anonymised data. Where applicable, you may opt out of analytics tracking using third-party opt-out mechanisms.
  3. Infrastructure service providers - COMRADE Gallery uses third-party infrastructure providers, including KANDINSKY, to host, operate, and maintain the Site. These providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

DATA STORAGE & SECURITY


Personal data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 and at rest using AES-20256, with access controls and key management applied. Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal, operational, or contractual purposes.


ROLE OF KANDINSKY


KANDINSKY is a service provider that hosts the platform and payment tools allowing artists, dealers, and collectors to list, manage, and sell their inventory. KANDINSKY is not the seller of any artwork or item offered through the platform. All sales contracts are between you and the artist, dealer, or collector who listed the item.


KANDINSKY does not own, inspect, authenticate, or guarantee any item offered for sale. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, taxes, and shipping information, as well as order fulfilment, delivery, packaging, import or export documentation, and any after-sale obligations.


If there is an issue with your order — including delivery delays, damage in transit, authenticity concerns, or cancellation requests — you must contact the seller directly. Sellers are responsible for handling returns, refunds, and customer service. KANDINSKY is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for resolving disputes between you and a seller. Any statutory consumer rights you may have apply to the seller, not to KANDINSKY.


To the extent allowed by law, KANDINSKY is not liable for any loss arising from your purchase, including issues relating to the condition, authenticity, origin, description, delivery, or value of any item. All liability relating to the sale rests with the seller.
